We are a flooring company that looks before it talks. Before we suggest hardwood, tile, vinyl or carpet, we check what is under your current floor, measure the rooms and tell you what we found in plain words. Then you decide with the facts in front of you.
Why We Start on Our Knees
Most flooring problems we get called about began underneath. A cracked slab, a dip nobody leveled, moisture working up through the concrete. A new floor laid over any of that tends to show it within months as gaps, hollow spots or lifting edges. So we built our visits around finding those things first.
On a visit we pull back a corner where we can, test the slab or plywood with a moisture meter, run a straightedge across the high and low spots and look at transitions, door clearances and stairs. Most homes around Houston sit on concrete slabs over clay soil that swells and shrinks, so we pay close attention to cracks and flatness.
Then we sit down with you and go over it. If the subfloor is in good shape, we say so. If it needs leveling or a moisture barrier, we show you why and explain how that affects the materials you are considering. Sometimes the floor you had in mind is a great fit for your home, and sometimes another product will hold up better in that room. Either way, you hear the reasons.

Findings before recommendations
You hear what we measured and saw before you hear what we think you should buy. We point to the actual spots so the explanation makes sense to you, not just to us.
Every material on the table
We install hardwood, luxury vinyl plank and luxury vinyl tile, tile, laminate, carpet and carpet tile, vinyl composition tile and stair flooring. Because we are not pushing one product, we can match the floor to how each room really gets used.
A clear picture of cost
We explain what moves the price: square footage, how much prep the subfloor needs, removing the old floor, stairs and trim. If something unexpected turns up once the old flooring comes out, we stop and show you before we go further.
Care while we are there
We cover walkways, keep dust down and clean up at the end of each day. Furniture moving and hauling away old flooring get talked through up front, so nothing catches you off guard.
